A cot bed for my child

I was as surprised as everyone else. I thought that I would have the child in two months" time, when she suddenly started giving signs that were pretty obvious: she wanted to see us much earlier. My husband drove me to the hospital. I was really panicking not only because I was afraid that something could go wrong, but also because we had not managed to get all necessary things for the child. We needed a cot bed, some clothes, a changing mat, and all sorts of other items. My baby daughter Hannah was born in the evening that day. She was strong and healthy. I was really happy and forgot all other problems. We were supposed to stay at hospital for a couple of days, so my husband and my sister promised to get everything we needed. They drove to a large shopping centre that sold clothes, furniture and accessories for kids. They bought some nappies, a cot bed with a comfortable mattress, a few sets of baby bedding, some cute clothes and toys. They even found a changing mat at a discount. My sister paid for the cot bed, which was something I protested against as soon as I found out, but she asked me to accept the present. Well, I must say that if it hadn"t been for my husband and my sister, I would have never got organized by myself.
