Gold bullion was the point

Working in a bog banking facility has its advantages and disadvantages, as everything in life. There is nothing that is neutral, wouldn"t you say? The core of things is to be able to control everything and stay in the balance between the good and bad sides. From time to time this balance gets disturbed and people begin to behave strange. In our bank, we had a situation when two or three of our employees were responsible for the reserves of gold bullion in the strongbox. There was no particular person that was responsible to the highest level, maybe that was also a mistake from the management. It was all up to them to keep an eye on the gold bullion. They had nothing else to do. So they decided to divide their working hours into three parts. They wanted to watch over gold bullion in turns. From the very beginning it was sure that it is going to be a bad idea. They started to argue with each other over every single detail of their working system and there was no future for this kind of practices. The manager had to react and think it all over again and give them easy orders to follow. Some workers just need to fulfill easy tasks and follow simple orders, just like in the army. Not too many questions and not too many concerns. This is the way it should look in many places around the world.
